Micellar Water for Dry & Sensitive Skin - Dr. Sante Pure Code
I don't understand why there are such negative reviews for this product??? Most girls simply don't know how to use micellar water properly. After using it, you ALWAYS NEED TO WASH IT OFF, and not just with water, but preferably with a cleansing product (face wash, gel, etc.). Then, there won't be any irritations because the cream needs to be applied to clean skin. The only thing that can be on the face before applying the cream (serums, etc.) is a thin layer. But definitely not micellar water.
In short, this micellar water is really great, just make sure to use it correctly.
I'm giving this product two stars only because it does a good job of removing makeup. However, the burning sensation it causes is just unbearable. My eyelids and the skin around my eyes turned red, even though it is claimed to be suitable for sensitive skin and, most importantly, soothing.
This is just terrible!! I didn't think to take before/after photos, and I also understand that everyone's experience is different, but:
1. The smell is simply awful. It really stinks like "Mr. Muscle."
2. It burns your eyes, initially I had redness and swelling, then itching and dryness.
I absolutely do not recommend experimenting with this product!!!
It's very strange, considering that they have quite good products...
I love the brand Dr.Sante. I have been using their creams, shower gel, toner, and many other products for a long time. However, this is the first product that I really didn't like because it stings my eyes too much. Additionally, it is presented as a product for sensitive skin.
I have been buying it for several years now, although not from here. It is my favorite micellar water. I use it to cleanse my face by applying it on a cotton pad, and it practically replaces washing with a cleanser. Afterwards, I always apply a moisturizing cream.
This product effectively removes all my makeup and has a low consumption rate. However, if it gets into my eyes, it stings. To avoid this, I close my eyes and hold it for a while, allowing it to dissolve everything. Thankfully, it rarely gets into my eyes.
Horrible! Definitely not suitable for sensitive skin. It causes a strong burning sensation on the skin, even though my skin is rarely sensitive to any products. It does a poor job of cleansing.
This product is terrible. It causes a burning sensation as soon as it touches my eyelid, and even after washing it off, the burning sensation persists for about 20 minutes. It feels like I've applied pepper to my eyes. The water is also awful because it causes discomfort to my sister as well, although to a lesser extent than me.
When the micellar water gets into the eyes, it burns terribly. As a result, it is impossible to remove the mascara. Additionally, my face turns red after using it, and I am not even allergic. I decided to purchase it based on the positive reviews, but I will not be buying it again and I do not recommend it to others.
The product is very irritating to the eyes, I will not be purchasing it again.
I have been using Garnier for many years, but my desire for experimentation pushed me to try something new. I chose this water based on reviews and was disappointed. It takes quite an effort to remove regular (non-waterproof) mascara. It stings and irritates my skin and eyes. It is slightly better at removing foundation, but it also slightly burns my face. I am not allergic and my skin is not sensitive, so I did not expect this trickery. It's a good thing I didn't decide to buy a larger bottle for the sake of saving money. I think I will stop experimenting and use this micellar water to clean my sneakers instead.
Awful. It stings the eyes and even removes makeup with difficulty. I deeply regret buying it based on reviews, especially in a large bottle.
This is an amazing micellar water for a great price! It doesn't have any unpleasant scent and it effectively removes makeup. It doesn't taste bitter if accidentally applied to the lips and doesn't irritate the eyes. I probably won't repurchase it, but only because I enjoy experimenting with different products.
This is love! I initially ordered 250ml and now 500ml. It is very gentle, doesn't burn, and there is zero discomfort. I highly recommend it! I have dry skin and this product ABSOLUTELY does not dry out or tighten my skin. Plus, it's at a pleasant price!
I used Garnier micellar water for a long time before, but it made my skin sting and turn red after removing makeup. I won't buy it anymore.
For its price, this is simply a great find.
I am very satisfied with this product. I highly recommend it!
I have been purchasing this product multiple times and I highly recommend it! It is simply a fantastic find for those with dry and combination skin.
I am more disappointed in myself than in the product... I didn't read the ingredients and didn't notice that it contains aloe extract (which causes a terrible allergy). So, when I started removing my makeup, I immediately felt an intense burning and itching sensation on my skin... within a few seconds, it was covered in red patches... In short, it removed my makeup effectively, but...)))
Scent - 1/5
Makeup removal - 3/5
Economical - 4/5.
The scent of this product is pretty disappointing, as it only rates a 1 out of 5. However, when it comes to removing makeup, it performs decently, earning a 3 out of 5. In terms of being cost-effective, it definitely delivers, achieving a solid 4 out of 5.
A decent micellar water for its price. It effectively removes makeup, although it took me a while to get used to the scent.
Excellent result for the price, it cleanses excellently. The scent is not very good, but overall, I really liked the product.
I really liked this product. It effectively removes makeup. It doesn't sting my eyes, which not all products can boast about. It doesn't dry out my dry skin... not even a little bit. My skincare routine goes like this: 1) makeup removal - in this case, I use this micellar water. 2) cleanser - any foaming or gel cleanser of my choice. 3) toner - well, or a rosewater toner. 4) moisturizer.
I was not very satisfied with the chosen product because it dried out my skin, which is prone to sensitivity. The smell was also not very pleasing. I will not be ordering this product again.
I ordered micellar water based on good reviews and what seemed to be a good composition. It works quite weakly, it removes eyebrow makeup and mascara, but if you do a full makeup - primer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara - don't even try to remove it, or you'll see a panda in the mirror. It's a shame that I ordered a large volume of 400ml for myself, so I'll have to look for something else. The only good thing about it is the pleasant smell, and I really like the toner from this series.
I also fell for the reviews... I have normal skin without any issues, I have never had any allergies until I tried this micellar water! The first Sunday of using it was fine, but on the 8th day after using it, I immediately felt a terrible burning sensation on my skin. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see my face covered in large red patches, my skin was on fire! After some time, it all went away, but this water is definitely not worth such suffering. By the way, this micellar water doesn't remove mascara applied in two layers at all! I had to remove it the old-fashioned way, with a cleanser foam. I would not recommend this product.
I was convinced by the reviews, but in reality, it's not that great, to be honest. I cleanse my face with this water until there seems to be nothing left on the cotton pad, and then when I use the two-phase makeup remover for eyes from Mixa to check, it turns out that there is still a lot left. So I have to wash my face again with the eye makeup remover, and this is despite the fact that the staying power of my cosmetics is not that great (Alliance Perfect foundation and non-waterproof mascara from Eveline). The smell is strange.
I ordered it for the first time and so far I'm very satisfied. It does a great job of removing makeup! Now I will switch from Garnier to this cleansing water. It is just as good, in fact, my skin feels even better after using it compared to Garnier.
It effectively removes makeup.
The scent, however, is not very pleasant, but I believe it is because no fragrance was added to the product.
The purpose is fully met. It effectively removes makeup and cleanses without causing any burning or stinging sensations. It provides both hydration and soothing effects, resulting in a more even complexion. I am satisfied with this product and highly recommend it. I have extremely sensitive skin and previously only used Garnier products. Then, I tried to find more affordable micellar waters, but none of them were as good. This product is simply a gem!
The water is great! All DS products are good. Thank you for the gifts! I love your website, I'm already addicted to it.
