Using a fine brush, apply drops of the base coat to the areas where you will place the rhinestones. The drops should be slightly larger than the diameter of the rhinestones. Place the rhinestones into the drops, gently pressing them in. Cure under a UV/LED or combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Then, using a fine brush dipped in the base coat, outline the rhinestones. Cure again under a UV/LED or combination lamp for 10-15 seconds. Finally, apply a top coat to the areas of the design that do not have rhinestones. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or under LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps for 60 seconds.
