Received a sample as a gift, thank you. My advice to avoid any problems with usage:
1. Clean your face well, especially around delicate areas.
2. Apply eye cream.
3. Take a very small drop and gently apply it to your face without rubbing, only on very problematic areas. Avoid the eye and lip area.
4. Immediately apply moisturizer on top.
5. Do this 2 hours before bedtime, as the skin may itch a little and you'll want to sleep.
6. After applying, make sure to wash your hands well because if you accidentally touch your eye, it might sting a little.
7. Don't expect a wow effect after the first time, repeat the application after a week to let your skin adjust. Then do it twice a week. I don't recommend doing it daily unless your skin is doing really well.
8. Definitely use a moisturizer with SPF in the morning (I have 50 protection).

I received a sample as a gift with my order. Immediately, I didn't like that there is absolutely no mention of the percentage of retinol. I use retinol in my skincare routine and I know that it needs to be used with caution. I won't risk using this sample, and judging from some of the reviews, it seems like a very wise decision.
Horrible serum. First of all, it is necessary to indicate the specific percentage of retinol, as other brands specializing in serums with active ingredients do. I am not new to using active ingredients, such as retinol and vitamin C, and I use them regularly. However, after receiving this sample as a gift, my skin got burned and started peeling after the first use. Now I have a long recovery ahead... Yes, retinol can sometimes cause peeling on the second or third day, just like acids, but not burning and burns! The high concentration of retinol in the composition is definitely unclear! Such a product should be introduced into skincare very gradually, initially diluting it with a cream and gradually increasing the concentration until the skin adapts, and only then can it be applied directly to the skin. And then the effect will be great, and there won't be any shock after the first use. But all of this should be described in detail in a proper instruction manual, like the ones that brands specializing in retinol and other active ingredients provide. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on the website or on the sample itself, if it even exists...
After three weeks of use STRICTLY according to the instructions (I use it consistently every 6 days due to my combination peeling skin), the pores have narrowed, peeling initially occurred all over the face but then disappeared. The skin has become noticeably firmer, and the contours of the face have become more defined, which was the main goal. Due to its composition, the product burns noticeably on wounds, irritations, and abrasions, so it is recommended to perform an allergy test before applying.
After using it once, it will take a long time to restore the skin. Severe chemical burn on the cheeks and under the eyes. This is definitely not daily care!

The redness stayed on my skin for a long time and it still felt like it was burning. The next morning, I had burns under my eyes! Without any injections and lifts. Sometimes I do a face massage, natural masks, but not regularly, I do not visit cosmetologists. I'm 59 years old, skin and face oval maximum for 35-37 years. No cream has ever had such a negative impact on my skin. I followed the instructions several times, but the more I used it, the worse the results became.
