Use as intended.
Great sponge. Before this, I had a standard orange one from the same brand, which I didn't like at all - it had minimal coverage and absorbed a lot of foundation. This one, on the other hand, is completely different from the orange one. It doesn't expand much when wet, absorbs significantly less foundation, and cleans wonderfully. I use it daily, so I wash it every day as well. After 2 months of continuous use, it looks like new.
I didn't like it at all((
For this price, I could have bought five no-name brands and they would have been better. The beauty blender turned out to be like a sponge, it absorbed everything, poorly distributes and it's also very soft. I don't recommend it.
The coverage is not matte (even when using a matte foundation), probably due to the material. It would be suitable for those who want a glowy effect. For me, it's a bit of a miss.
"Best sponge for applying an even, lightweight layer of cosmetic product. Worth its money."
