The effect of this powder is not the best.
I have super thin hair, and it is also liquidy. With the help of hair powder, it lifts up and looks more voluminous. I combine it with a volumizing or curl-enhancing shampoo.
But it's understandable that wearing a hat in winter will flatten the hair back, and without a fixing styling product, the effect won't be 100%.
