Original brush, checked with a hologram. Ordered from the EU. The packaging was terrible! All the items were banging around in the box. Some bristles on the edges of the brush were bent. Please pay attention to the quality of the packaging! I have been using the store's services for a long time, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.
This is the worst model I have had, and this is already the third one in 10 years. I am disappointed. The bristles are soft and bent. I will see how it will perform in use, the Classic series is much better.
I don't know why there are so many bad reviews! It was because of them that I hesitated for a long time whether to buy this brush or not! But I still bought it! I have been using it for almost a year, it's great. I have very thick hair, and in order for it to comb it nicely, I need to separate my hair into several sections! I don't understand how some people can comb thick hair all at once without separating it, and then they write that it doesn't work for thick hair! You need to know how to use this brush! It doesn't pull out hair, it doesn't scratch the scalp! It's quite compact.
I give two stars solely for the design. The comb is indeed beautiful, but that's where the positives end. It causes my hair to become static, and it combs poorly, even though I have medium density hair that is slightly below shoulder length. Disappointing.
The comb is compact and very cute. It doesn't pull out hair, very convenient to use, including on wet hair.
I used to use a knock-off because I liked it, so I decided to buy the original. There is a difference, now it's my favorite. I will order a large basket when it is available.
I never had a worse brush than this one - as soon as I started using it, two teeth immediately fell out and now there are other ones with a tilt that are about to fall out. I've been using the brush for a week now and it's already falling apart - the quality is terrible! The teeth are not deep enough and it does not comb long hair well. I'm very disappointed with this low-quality product. I also use Janeke - it's much better and more convenient than this brush.
