The only downside is that they claim it doesn't require rinsing, but rinsing is necessary because all the cosmetics end up staying on the face in the end.

The product description on the website stated that the gel can remove waterproof makeup, but NO, it CAN'T! - and I was specifically drawn to that. There is no mention of removing waterproof makeup on the packaging itself. Furthermore, the jar states that it removes RESIDUES of makeup. It didn't even remove long-lasting Maybelline eyeliners, let alone waterproof mascara (Vivienne Sabo Cabaret Waterproof). The gel didn't conquer, but there were no panda eyes either. Very disappointing.
