The consistency of this product is very thick, making it difficult to dispense through a pump. To solve this issue, I decided to pour out a little and dilute it with water. I have short, dyed hair, so I always comb through the conditioner and then rinse it out, as it makes my dry hair easier to detangle. However, with this conditioner, it is impossible to comb through as if my hair is glued together... It is slightly easier to comb through once the hair is dry. I found the product to be quite wasteful, which I didn't like. So, it really depends on personal preference...

This balm is good, but the dispenser is simply terrible - it takes a lot of effort to extract the balm. Every other dispenser breaks right away. Squeezing out the balm without the dispenser is impossible - the bottle is flat and rigid, and shaking it out is also problematic - the balm is thick. When the bottle is full, there are still ways to get the balm out, but when there is little left in the bottle, that residue goes to waste along with the bottle because it is impossible to extract it from there. Please change the packaging!!!

It doesn't smooth out, moisturize, or add shine. It doesn't detangle hair well. Overall, there is no effect at all.

Great balm! My hair feels light and silky after using it, I really liked it! I will definitely buy it again! Also, I must mention that my hair becomes very manageable after using it!

The dispenser is not very convenient, but it's not a big deal. The balm-mask is good - I use it together with the shampoo from the same series. My hair roots get oily very quickly, but after using this shampoo and mask, I have both volume and freshness even on the second day. So, I will definitely repurchase it.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product. The shampoo and conditioner from this series are well-suited for my oily hair. My hair feels soft and voluminous. I use it after the hair botox procedure and the series works perfectly for me.

For a budget option, it's decent. You actually need to press it about five times to get the right amount of balm. It handles greasiness quite well, leaving the hair easy to comb through without any issues. It has a scent of meadow herbs, which is subjective and may not appeal to everyone.

This is a wonderful balm for a very reasonable price. The scent is very delicate, not overpowering. I use it immediately after washing my hair, on the length of my hair - from the middle. It perfectly softens, which is essentially the purpose of using a balm. The dispenser is convenient. You don't need a large amount, as it spreads well throughout the hair.
