Excellent product. There is a partial cooling effect. The only downside is the smell during application, but it disappears after it is absorbed (quite quickly). Rinse your hands well after applying the cream, otherwise your palms will have an "anti-sweating" effect - i.e. dry, as if covered with a protective film. But that's just figurative, it's hard to explain :) But it is not noticeable in taste (if you are interested in how it will feel for your partner during intimacy, etc.). Only use for the scrotum.
