My first cups and just WOW!!!! This is the best invention for women's hygiene, you won't feel yourself with any other product. I now recommend cups to all my friends.
I learned how to use them completely on the second cycle, there were leaks in the first one. The punch-down folding method suited me better. I found a solution for myself: if I feel that the cup hasn't opened, I lie on my back and relax my stomach as much as possible, sometimes I can hear a click when it opens. I haven't tried other types of cups, but I think these are more anatomical.
No moisture, smells, greenhouse effect (especially in summer), unpleasant sensations inside, like with a tampon. If you still have doubts, I sincerely advise you to try them, most likely you won't give them up.
I tried it for the first time - it's fantastic. I still can't get used to the fact that I don't have to run around changing tampons or pads, it's like I don't even have my period. This is all about menstrual cups. They are unnoticeable, very convenient, and the flow doesn't leak outside - no bloody stains on underwear or odor. I regret not switching to them earlier. Specifically about these cups - the small one is a bit firmer, while the large one is softer. The softer one suits me better. There are some minor leaks, but I haven't figured out the cause yet. Maybe it's due to improper placement, because they weren't overflowing. But even if they continue to leak, I won't go back to tampons and pads. I recommend buying a water-based lubricant right away - it makes inserting/removing the cup easier.
I looked closely at these cups for a long time and decided to order them after all. I liked the anatomical shape and the main advantage for me is the absence of a tail (because it bothered me in other models). After using the cups for 4 cycles, I still haven't learned how to use them without leaks, so I always use a liner as a precaution. The larger cup (30 ml) is made of a softer material, so when it is filled to 60-70% and the body position changes, it leaks. The smaller cup (20 ml) is firmer and I liked it more, but I wish it had a larger capacity.
