This serum has a gel-like structure, not a liquid/watery base. Therefore, it is definitely not suitable for use under makeup - it will roll off.
If considering it as a night product, it is also questionable because I did not notice any super moisturizing effects. As soon as I took a shower, the serum washed off and that was it.
I do not recommend it, especially for the price.
