Taking care of your skin has never been so easy! Meet the new product for men from the Dutch brand Mades Cosmetics. It is a washing facial scrub with Activated Bamboo Charcoal. The product combines the best properties of a cleanser and a facial scrub.
A transparent gel with Activated Bamboo Charcoal granules performs several functions at once. Firstly, the product works as a powerful absorbent, removing excess sebum and toxins from the surface of the skin. Secondly, Charcoal particles act as a peeling. Thirdly, it stimulates metabolic processes in the skin, creates anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.
The gel base of the product is a sulfate-free consistency that moisturizes and nourishes the skin without leaving a sticky residue on the skin. The product has an exquisite woody scent that will give its owner a good mood and a positive attitude for the whole day.

Yes, this scrub is very gentle and unexpectedly delicate. When you cleanse your face, it's not possible to rub it, as the substance is too gentle and softly glides across the face. However, the gel base is silky and the scent is very pleasant. I was used to using more abrasive scrubs (decided to switch to gentle ones) and at first, I thought the effect would be minimal. But here, the keyword is "at first." Once my face is washed and dried, I see smooth, moisturized, and perfectly clean skin in the mirror. There's nothing to nitpick even with my 10x magnifying mirror. There's no better scrub in terms of results, safety, and fragrance.
The coal granules in this product are very large, which unfortunately means they don't provide a proper exfoliating effect. It may work fine as a regular facial cleanser, but not as a scrub.

The charcoal capsules do not dissolve, so you have to rub them with your fingers. You can simply use them as a facial cleanser.
I bought it for my husband, but he wasn't very satisfied with it. I won't be buying it again.
I thought I was buying a scrub, but it turned out to be a gel with bamboo charcoal capsules that rarely get between my fingers and facial skin, making the word "scrub" quite inappropriate in the name. If we judge the product as a regular facial wash, then there are no complaints.
