Annick Goutal Sables 2014 Eau de Parfum

The maximum rating for the scent here is five stars. Well, I would give it a minimum of six.
It's amazing that this marvel still doesn't have a single comment. So, I will be the first. It's an honor.
Stunning. Completely mind-blowing. After unpacking, I couldn't stop smelling it for 15 minutes straight. It was even surprising to go back to everyday life, to the mundane. This doesn't mean that Sables smells like heavenly bushes and angel feathers. No, it smells... Like everything that is stated in the pyramid (immortelle, spices, cognac, walnut, etc.), but at the same time, completely different, almost magically. Because if you open a bottle of good cognac, bags of spices, crack some nuts, take out dried immortelle flowers - and inhale, it won't smell anything like Sables. It smells as if it has been kept in a flask by a medieval alchemist practicing sorcery for centuries. Wonderful, delightful. The most important thing: it changes perceptions of perfumery. Because essentially, it's not just a perfume, but some kind of sacred ritual. And it's amazing: there will be people who, due to their lack of knowledge about perfumes, will say that it's just a stench, that spending so much money on a stench is complete madness. And yet, unconsciously, they will keep sniffing your scent all day (or evening) while you are nearby, they will be enchanted by it.
