The cleansing facial scrub gel from the Israeli brand Sea of Spa is based on Dead Sea water and combines only natural ingredients. This is a decent product, but the salt is not completely dissolved in it and there are small salt particles at the bottom of the bottle. The scent is very pleasant and does not cause any unpleasant sensations, and it foams very well. It is more similar to a regular face wash, but it is called a gel scrub, so I alternate it with another cleanser.
