Not a bad eyeshadow base, but it's not strong enough for oily skin. The pros are that it evens out the tone of the eyelids, is matte, and not sticky (similar to a concealer). It enhances the brightness of the eyeshadows by 5+ and has a staying power of 4 out of 5 points. It also helps with blending. If you don't have issues with staying power, it's an excellent base. However, there are better options for oily skin (also budget-friendly).
First time buying, nothing to compare to. The shadows stay put.
For me, it's the perfect product. It easily withstood the air temperature of +26 degrees Celsius. From 10 in the morning until 8 in the evening, the eyeshadows didn't smudge at all. I have hooded eyelids, and the result is simply WOW!
I buy this base for the second time. It applies nicely with a small sponge, and the eyeshadows stay perfectly all day. My eyelids tend to become oily throughout the day, and it is very difficult to find a good base that doesn't crease. I definitely recommend it.
Very good base for its price, on it my matte neon pigments and multichrome shimmers blend and stay well. Will buy more.
The base is not effective, it is very difficult to apply, it dries out the eyelid, it brightens the skin, it needs to be rubbed in well, the eyeshadows do not shine on it and after a while they clump together.

The base creases on the eyelid. The consistency is something similar to foundation: it spreads well and slightly moisturizes, it masks imperfections (veins, etc.), BUT even without eyeshadows, it creases, and with eyeshadows, of course, no matter how I tried. Not worth the money.
After a few hours, it smudges. The eyeliner (gel) does not stay on it.

The foundation is bad, it rolls into the eyelid crease and the eyeshadows on it roll horribly and don't stay well. It's a waste of money.
I played with the base for over a month. I applied it thinly, and thicker, and powdered before applying eyeshadow, but it didn't work. The base is not suitable for oily eyelids. It doesn't hold eyeshadows, and the eyeliner smudges. It also didn't work for me as a concealer. I had to throw it away.
The base is terrible. It starts creasing in the folds immediately after application, even if you wait with closed eyes for it to dry. It doesn't hold eyeshadow - after a few hours, everything on the eyelids creases along with the base.
I mostly use it for work. It was important for me that the base is not sticky, and it is. I don't even feel that my eyes are painted. It's not sticky, but it holds the eyeshadows perfectly. Thank you.

The foundation is absolutely not worth the money they ask for it. It does not hold makeup at all; by midday, the shadows are erased along with it, and by the end of the day, the makeup looks terrible, even in cool weather. I bought it because I read in the comments that it is not worse than Artdeco, but it doesn't even come close to it.
The eyeshadow and eyeliner smudged five hours after application.
I liked the base! It helps to prolong the wear of eyeshadows and the biggest plus is that with it, all the shadows become much brighter and more saturated on the eyelids. But ideally, it is better to apply it only if you need evening makeup, not for the whole day, because after 7-8 hours, the shadows still start to smudge a little from the eyelid.
The database does not perform its work. By the end of the day, it crashes.
I have always used the Isadora base, but it has been unavailable for a long time. I ordered this one based on reviews. I liked it, it's not worse than Isadora. The shadows stay on all day, they are also easy to apply, even the pencil shadows blend easily and nothing smudges.

The eyeshadows gathered in creases after a couple of hours. I bought the hypoallergenic ones from Bell, they were a bit more expensive, but they stayed on all day. No more experiments for me.

Convenient application format, but eyeshadows tend to roll off after applying the base. I apply it thinly (I have non-greasy eyelids, just in case). I can't figure out the problem yet.

It didn't work for me. I have very oily skin. The primer only keeps the eyeshadow on for 4-5 hours (on me). After that, the eyeshadow simply creases. I do not recommend it for oily skin.
I like it more than the base from Artdeco. It masks veins, holds glitters, and eyeshadows don't stain it!
The quality is excellent for such a price. I didn't expect it. It is quite long-lasting on oily skin during the summer, my makeup stayed on for 5-6 hours.
Nice tube, convenient applicator, like lip gloss. The base tones, and the shadows blend well on it. The shadows stay on pretty well. I have extremely oily eyelids in the heat, so the fact that they started to crease after 4 hours is not bad. I think it will last all day in cooler weather.

My first eye primer. I initially liked the design, it handles its functions well. The longevity of the eyeshadows is extended for almost a whole day.
This base interested me as a budget replacement for the HD base from NYX. It has a light beige shade, doesn't cover the veins too much, but slightly evens out the eyelid color, and blends easily. I apply it with an applicator and spread it with a brush on the eyelid. It extends the longevity of eyeshadows, but not extremely, nevertheless, I recommend it for everyday makeup.
The first impressions were worse than the following ones because the base seemed not long-lasting. But in reality, it coped quite well with my extremely oily eyelids. The result met my expectations, and now I enjoy trying different eyeshadows on myself, and the colors truly appear brighter.
