Good day, I have never used products from this company before. After seeing an advertisement online, I decided to take a risk and purchased a mask with shade 9.5-1. After the first use, I am very satisfied with the result. It gives a light tone and makes my hair very soft and easy to comb. The effect lasts until the third hair wash.
This mask shocked me, I was prepared for anything (purple shade, darkening, etc.), but nothing happened at all. I have light blonde hair, wanted to get rid of the yellow tint, so I ordered 9.5-1 based on reviews. The first time I applied it for 7 minutes, zero results. After a couple of days, I applied it for 30 minutes, my hair became stiff, dry, and the yellow tint remained the same. On top of that, it became lighter in some areas and darker in others, even though I applied the mask evenly with a special comb. Also, my hair became frizzy throughout its length (probably due to hair damage). I'm just puzzled as to why I spent money on this. I didn't see any toning effect or mask effect, I only give it 2 stars for the hope that this is a cumulative mask and maybe next time a miracle will happen.
