The Lisap Developer Special Blue 30 vol. oxidizing agent is a professional product designed for salon use by hairstylists and experienced stylists. It is intended for use in conjunction with lightening powders such as Neutrol Bleacher and Bleach&Lights Pro Tech from this brand.

Thanks to the inclusion of blue pigments, this cosmetic product eliminates the yellow tint that can appear on strands during the bleaching process, enhancing the cool metallic sheen of blonde hair. The creamy emulsion consistency ensures a convenient and pleasant application, as well as easy mixing with other lightening products. Glycerin, combined with lanolin alcohols, reduces the aggressive alkaline impact of the solution, effectively moisturizing the scalp and hair.

Directions for use: This product is not intended for standalone use. It is designed to be mixed with the lightening powders Bleach&Lights Pro Tech and Neutrol Bleacher in strictly defined proportions (see the usage instructions of the respective products). Electronic scales should be used to weigh the components. Mix only in non-metallic containers. Wear protective gloves during application. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse them with plenty of cold running water and seek medical advice. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Keep out of reach of children.
