As a styling conditioner, yes!
But due to the large amount of oil, you will have to wash your hair every day.
My hair is thin, porous, and wavy.
It feels heavy on them.
They are well moisturized, but there is no added volume or looseness.
Although I constantly use oils, the oil in the conditioner did not work for me.
Plus, I straighten my hair with a flat iron, and oil with a flat iron is painful for my hair.
Perhaps it would work for the curly method as it completely eliminates frizz.
