Apply the product to a cotton pad and wipe the skin of the face.

BUT! After understanding the composition, I came to the conclusion that it NEEDS to be rinsed off. Otherwise, there may be allergic reactions or irritations on the skin.
The ingredients include: butylene glycol, propylene glycol, and phenoxyethanol. Nothing super harmful or toxic (in such doses and with such use), but still, irritation can occur.
I didn't like that the manufacturer claims that there is no need to rinse it off.
