Good day. I ordered the "very light sandy" color, but received a "ashy gray" instead. There is a difference between light and dark. I was very disappointed. I didn't like it at all. Then you should specify that the sand is not "very light", but dirty. Money wasted and mood ruined. Now I will buy hair dye from another place. Why do you sell unverified products.

I am a fan of this paint because it gives a clear ash shade without any yellowing, the main thing is to correctly calculate the composition. I have experience using almost all well-known professional paints.
Wasted money. I bought the blue color, but my hair didn't change at all, they remained chestnut. And the roots turned out to be slightly greenish. Thank God they didn't turn completely green.
I got 8.11 and didn't notice any fading, but it doesn't turn red like the others. It washes off just like everything else. My roots are at level 7 and it was dyed without any transition. I've attached a photo, maybe it will be useful to someone. The color looks colder indoors than when it's baked in the sun.
The dye is terrible! My hair color is medium blond with a hint of red. I bought the shade 6.1 - dark ash blond - and it turned out to be BLACK! Now I need to lighten my hair with a remover or alkaline product!!!
I took the black color for the first time, with a 1.9% oxidizer. I liked the result... let's see how quickly it fades. The hair is soft and shiny.
I liked the hair dye. It doesn't damage the hair at all. The color is beautiful, but there is a lack of ash tone, most likely due to the natural brown pigment. It doesn't burn the scalp. I managed to cover the gray hair.
Very good paint, doesn't dry out, doesn't run. Before, I used Londa and Matrix, but I liked this one more. But the color turns out darker than in the palette, although it's also beautiful. I took shade 8/46, the color looked very nice on the palette. I searched online and everywhere they showed a beautiful pink-gold color. In reality, it turned out very dark on my hair (previously colored with shade 8/44 from another brand). The dye is pleasant to use, it doesn't smell and my hair doesn't smell like dye afterwards, like with regular store-bought dyes. The quantity of dye is also satisfying, it was enough for my length. Regular store-bought dyes usually require two boxes, so even considering the price, it turns out to be cost-effective. Even after accidentally getting some in my eye, I quickly rinsed it off with cold water and the irritation went away within a few minutes without any consequences. My hair feels very nice after using it, but I'm disappointed with the color. I used a 9% developer for my dark roots, and it took well on the roots, giving a golden-reddish shade. However, on the previously brownish-red colored areas, it only gave a darker tone and a reddish tint. The downside is that from the second hair wash (I'm currently using a pepper hair mask for strengthening, which seems to strip the color), the dye started to wash out from the gray hairs at the roots. The red-pink tone lasted for three to four washes, while the brown tone remained and doesn't wash out anymore. I will lighten my hair and try a different, brighter shade. If you specifically want to achieve a pink copper color on your hair, you should try a different dye or a different shade.
Great dye, my new favorite, took 6.1, very beautiful and natural in my opinion, with the purple corrector it was great after rinsing, it nourished and dyed my hair.
I bought this brand of paint for the first time at an exhibition. I really liked the paint. Then I found it here, which I am very happy about. The paint is 6/B1-ash mocha. It lasts for a long time, and the color turns out soft (I do coloring). My hairdresser is thrilled with this paint. And I want to try something new, but I already know the effect of this one, what if there is a surprise with another one.

This isn't my first time! I've already left a review about 7.11 Now I'll supplement it about 6.11. I tried it for the first time 4 years ago, then I took others because the price for this one rose, but I still came back to this dye. The color lasts longer, the dye doesn't fade, and the hair becomes better.
The paint washed off very quickly.... After 2 weeks, it was as if it had never been there... I will go back to Matrix.
