Effects: general stimulating, toning, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antispasmodic, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, analgesic, diuretic, expectorant, choleretic, anti-edema, disinfectant, deodorizing, and balsamic. It stimulates the adrenal cortex and is an adaptogen.

- For inhalations: Use 2-3 drops for a duration of 5-7 minutes. For respiratory conditions, effective results can be achieved with an inhalation mixture consisting of 1g lavender essential oil, 2g pine essential oil, 2g thyme essential oil, 4g eucalyptus essential oil, and 150 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol.
- For rubs: Use 7-9 drops with 15 ml of a base vegetable oil.
- For massages: Use 7-10 drops with 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- For enriching creams and tonics: Use 4-5 drops with 5 ml of the base product.
- Alcohol solution for saunas: Use 5 drops with 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol. Add 10 drops of this solution to 10 liters of water.
- For an aroma lamp: Use 4-5 drops of the oil.
- For a bath: Use 4-6 drops of the oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt). -
