I used to wash my hair every day and really wanted to switch to a routine of at least once every two days. I was recommended this particular shampoo as a treatment to restore the normal functioning of the scalp's sebaceous glands.
Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved as my hair felt not fresh on the second day, so there were no changes in that aspect.
As for dryness and tightness of the skin, which I read about in other comments, I did not experience any of that. The sensation was completely normal.
The shampoo has a very light and pleasant smell.
Overall, the hair feels soft after using it. It worked well for my dyed hair, as the color did not wash out like it used to.
Therefore, I can recommend it as a regular shampoo for dyed hair.
Shampoo gets a passing grade... but I expected more. I have oily hair, so I wash my hair every other day. If a shampoo doesn't work for me, dandruff appears immediately. This didn't happen with this shampoo, but I also didn't notice any sebum-regulating properties - I still had to wash my hair every other day as usual.
This product helped me get rid of the greasy feeling on the next day after washing my hair and dandruff after giving up Head & Shoulders. However, it tends to make my hair feel tight and dry. After a couple of months, I need to switch to a shampoo for normal hair.

I only needed one large bottle for almost a year, as I alternate it with regular shampoos (2 rubles Nook, 1 ruble any other) to prevent my hair from getting used to it, and I also use conditioner. Great shampoo, I really liked it. I have been trying to find a Japanese or Korean shampoo for a long time, but obviously, we need to consider that our hair structures are different from theirs. My hair is thin, thick, porous, and slightly curly, prone to frizz. It is oily at the roots and dry at the ends. This shampoo gave my hair a bit of root volume and it stayed that way for a couple of days (usually, by the end of the day, they are already greasy). Hormonal levels and water quality vary for everyone, but this shampoo is good. It has a neutral herbal scent (suitable for both men and women). After washing, my hair is exactly how I like it: fresh, natural, not weighed down, loose, and light.
The composition is wonderful, it foams up nicely. However, it tends to dry out the hair, even though mine are not dyed. I really liked the restructuring one, but this one is not suitable for my hair.

After trying out a bunch of different shampoos from different price ranges, I've come to the conclusion that shampoos are all basically the same. It's always about the mask or conditioner. But this one surprised me. After rinsing it out, my hair was smooth and not tangled, as if I had already used conditioner. And I liked the quality of my hair when it was dry. I will definitely order a larger size.
