Unscrew the cap, remove the plastic stopper, and screw the cap back on. Insert one end of the cellulose sticks into the aromatic liquid. No heating is required for evaporation; it occurs at room temperature. The intensity of the evaporation can be adjusted by the number of sticks inserted into the aroma diffuser at once (the more sticks used, the more intense the evaporation).
