I haven't come across such terrible oil before. The entire surface is covered in a bumpy residue. It doesn't melt when it comes into contact with the body. I have used oil in bars many times before to moisturize the skin after a dry massage, and never had such issues. Either the product was stored incorrectly, or it was of poor quality from the start.
