Melt the paraffin and heat it to a comfortable temperature of 50-55°C. Apply a moisturizing and nourishing product to your skin. Dip your hands and feet into the paraffin sequentially up to five times. Wrap them in protective bags and terry mittens. Leave for about 20 minutes. Remove the paraffin and, if necessary, apply more moisturizing cream.
