This mask is really great! I have thin, light hair. I have tried the Sun Kiss from L'Oreal, John Frieda, as well as the Oil + Developer from this brand. It doesn't weigh down my hair and moisturizes it well. My hair feels lively and obedient after using it. I use it every 4 days, which is when I wash my hair. I leave the mask on under a shower cap and wrap a towel around it, and sometimes I wear a hat to keep my hair warm. I leave it on for as long as I can... one and a half hours, an hour, or less. I am very satisfied with the result!
P.S.: With all masks, you need to have time and warmth for them to deeply penetrate the hair structure. But with each mask, from different brands, you need to experiment to know the optimal duration for each one.
