Conduct testing at room temperature. Collect the morning urine sample in a clean, dry container. Immerse the test strip vertically into the urine container, up to the "MAX" level, for 3 seconds. Then, place the test strip on a dry, horizontal surface. Evaluate the results after 3-5 minutes.
