During the winter, lips tend to crack a lot. This mask is very helpful in such situations. I use it multiple times a day.
I didn't understand this product at all. I applied it thickly overnight for 5 consecutive days, but it didn't moisturize my lips at all (with Laneige, the effect was immediate after the first use). In fact, my lips only feel moisturized as long as this mask is on them, but as soon as I wipe it off, my lips become dry again within 10 minutes.
This balm-mask is absolutely useless, it doesn't do anything. It would be better to buy a regular lip balm instead, the results would be much better.
It has a pleasant scent and effectively revitalizes and moisturizes.
This is a pretty good product, effective both as a mask and as a balm. The only suggestion I have is to include a small plastic spatula for application.
I use it only as a night mask, during the day I choose other products. This mask suited me just as well as LANEIGE, but it comes in a much larger quantity. I recommend everyone to try it, especially considering its affordable price.
I rarely leave reviews, and this negative one is probably my first. The product is honestly not very good. It is solid in the jar but warms up on the fingers and becomes oily. It applies nicely, but there is absolutely no result afterwards, and over time it seems to get worse, making the lips even drier. I used to like this brand, but these new products are disappointing. I do not recommend it.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this lip balm is truly useless. It feels like oil on the lips, but it quickly absorbs without providing any moisture whatsoever. In fact, it seems like my lips have become even drier than before using it.
It worked for me. It may not save you from severe frosts, but it copes well with dry air and moderately low temperatures. It is not sticky and has a fairly neutral scent. I bought it for the second time.
I really liked the lip balm. It has a very pleasant smell and deeply moisturizes and heals cracks on the lips. I apply it every evening and the results are noticeable even after an hour or two. The product is in no way inferior to the popular Laneige mask, it has a pleasant price and quality, which is the most important thing. Thank you!

I liked it. It has a pleasant scent, reminiscent of something from my childhood. It feels nice on the lips and helps combat chapped lips better than before, every night. It feels pleasant on the lips. It's not a radical solution, but it does have an effect.
This product is very lightweight and gives a feeling more like a summer balm. The cocoa oil is noticeably present, but the texture is even lighter than the oil itself (how can it be even lighter?). The product is pleasant, the price is also good, but it is ultimately useless.
