The balm is really not good at all. It's neither bad nor good in terms of quality. And its consistency is too thin and slightly foamy. At first, it even seemed like a shampoo. I won't be buying it again.

This balm has a great formula and performs well as a conditioner - it leaves my hair moisturized and soft. However, the scent is somewhat specific, but luckily it doesn't linger on the hair after rinsing. The only downside is the inconvenient lid without any opening or dispenser, which needs to be unscrewed and screwed back on with wet, slippery hands. Because of this, I deduct one star.
This conditioner has a light texture and provides good coverage with just a small amount. It has a distinct scent of flaxseed oil, but after rinsing, there is no trace of the smell on the hair. With this conditioner, my coarse and porous hair becomes soft, moisturized, non-greasy, and has a noticeable shine. I am pleased with the result! It fulfills all its functions perfectly. I can confidently recommend this conditioner.
This balm is excellent in its properties. It perfectly detangles long, non-dyed hair and prevents split ends. Overall, it has made my hair perfectly straight without any frizz. I have been using it regularly for 2 years now. However, before, it had a subtle herbal scent, but when I ordered it in March, the smell was completely different - too sweet, similar to the scent of "Barbaris" candies. Nevertheless, the effect it provides is still the same as it was. I apply it to clean, damp hair, carefully detangle with my hands, and then dry it in the cold setting.
The balm is good and fulfills all the claimed functions, but the smell is so-so, a matter of personal preference.

I used it together with the shampoo, and during the washing process, my scalp itches horribly. The conditioner is applied to the length of the hair, not the scalp, so when the hair is short, it's very difficult not to get it on the scalp.
