The product is not packaged in protective packaging by the manufacturer, it was intended this way.
The texture of the product contains large particles that unpleasantly scratch the skin. They cause inflammation and irritation for me. I can also feel the baking soda, a characteristic sensation if you have ever used soda as a facial scrub.
The skin does become smooth after using it, and it lightens the pores, but a soothing mask and cream are definitely necessary.
Personally, I did not like this product because of the large sharp particles and the small inflammations that appear the next day or every other day.
I believe that this product is too harsh for the face.

Cleanses 100% effectively. The skin feels polished and breathable. I believe this is because it unclogs pores from excessive oil secretion in hot weather. I have the entire range and my skin is unrecognizable. Very satisfied with the quality. I can recommend it.
