Oxydant Emulsion - Acme Color Acme Home Expert Oxy 3%
I decided to try out this developer and powder from the same brand for root lightening (after lightening, I tone the entire length with hair dye). I am very satisfied with the results. Previously, I used a different brand's powder and developer in this price range, but I liked this one much more: my scalp didn't turn red, there was no stinging during the lightening process, and there was no irritation. My hair was soft and not overly dry after the procedure. And it lightened wonderfully, better than the other brand. I am completely satisfied with this combination. It's a pity that this developer is not available in liter bottles, so I had to order several of these small ones.
