Alginate Mask "Cryo-activation" Agor Algae Mask

It provides a good toning effect, effectively reduces inflammation and simultaneously moisturizes the skin. I am satisfied.

I used to buy this product and liked it. However, when I tried the French alginate masks, I switched to them. They provide a better effect and there are no lumps when mixing. However, I find this mask very uncomfortable to apply.

This alginate mask is nothing special, it didn't do anything remarkable. There are results, but for example, the Korean Lindsay Hyaluronic gives a better effect. You need 15 grams of powder for the mask. It absorbs very quickly, so I use a little more water than indicated in the instructions. It's an average mask for its price.

Other than that, I really liked everything about it! I might even purchase it again.

However, the only downside was that the invoice mentioned a gift with my order - a lecithin and seaweed Sane Face Cream for oily skin (sample). It was not included in the package. It's a small detail, but it was slightly disappointing and irritating that they didn't include the gift. Other than that, the makeup is as good as always. The package was delivered the next day.

This was my first experience with such masks. I added 70 ml of water to 18 g of powder, but either my measuring cup is inaccurate or the proportion was not successful because it formed one solid lump. I had to add about 20 ml more water to achieve a consistency similar to sour cream. It turned out to be quite a lot, enough for my face (I didn't apply it to my eyes and lips) and also enough for my neck. Since I applied a thick layer, it did drip a little, so I tried to apply it as quickly as possible.

The consistency is smooth, without any lumps.

The sensation on the skin is a strong cooling effect, and it stings the eyes unpleasantly upon application (due to the menthol fumes). Let's see what the effect will be :)

This is a really nice mask. I have dry skin, and I feel a slight tingling sensation. It moisturizes well, smooths out expression wrinkles, and is easy to remove. I divided it into two applications.

My mistakes:
I wanted to apply it on my décolleté and face, so I mixed a lot. Of course, I didn't have enough time to apply it everywhere, and the mask irreversibly clumped up. I had to throw away half of it that I didn't manage to apply. Therefore, I highly recommend not repeating my mistake. It's better to mix a little at a time - for example, 25 grams for the face is more than enough to remove it later in one piece. And the same amount for the décolleté. But these are two separate procedures.

+ The skin feels noticeably moisturized (I applied it over a serum).
+ It evens out the skin tone (mask + serum).
+ It easily and completely comes off, without leaving any residue.
+ It didn't cause any allergies or breakouts.

Cons:
- There is some redness on the edges of the mask (but it disappears after a few minutes due to a thinner layer).
- It may be too strong or tingling for sensitive skin.

I didn't like it. First, the color surprised me - swamp green. Then, when I applied it to my face, the consistency was strange. I thought it wouldn't solidify, even though it was thick. It did solidify, just took longer than other masks from different brands. And the menthol killed it. The box says lavender, but somehow I missed the menthol in the ingredients. And thank goodness I took a sample at the last moment. My face was burning, I thought I would have an allergic reaction, and it lasted for about 20 minutes. I didn't notice any significant effects, except for the cooling sensation from the menthol. I definitely won't be buying this again. I mostly buy La Grace here, haven't found anything better yet.
