    The oil itself is not bad, it softens the cuticles. However, I did not like the scent, I wouldn't call it an oil-perfume. It is made in Ukraine, there is no mention of the USA anywhere on the bottle. Considering the scent and the fact that it is made in Ukraine, it is a bit expensive, so I probably won't order it again.
