I was looking for a replacement for Matrix hair dye for the lightest blonde shade and this one suited me well in terms of both quality and price. The level 12 colors lighten roots perfectly with a 12% developer, but I also tone them afterwards with a 1.9% developer. The colors are muted, which I generally like because even if the dye gets on already lightened hair, it doesn't turn violet or blue.
I tried this dye for the first time. It didn't damage my hair with a 6% developer, but the color is dull. I chose caramel. The quality of the dye is average.
Weak, lacks density. Does not tone down gray hair, unlike other brands. On the third attempt, the natural hair color turned from ash blonde to reddish.
Bought the 9.5 cinnamon hair dye after a six-month break. Colored the roots with 6% and the length with 3%. The color turned out similar to rose gold. It covered the gray hair, which I have a lot of around my face and temples. It's a shame that the pinkish tint washes out very quickly, within 6-8 hair washes. It didn't damage my hair.
The paint excellently covers my gray hair, even with a 3% oxide. It does not turn red or orange. It slowly washes out. I am buying 5.00.
Farba 7.2 is a popular blonde. I have been using Farba for a long time and can compare it. Farba has become weaker, or a fake was sold: the smell became sharper, the hair was not as soft after coloring (whereas before, mmmm), the color is a warm chestnut instead of a cold shade of red. On the photo, Farba 7.2 is root on oxidant 6% - 1/1 and toning of length on 3% - 1/2).
The color "cinnamon" has lost its original light purple shade, which is why I bought it.
The paint has become bad, just awful. The color doesn't always match the swatch, I've repeatedly bought shade 4.8, but the result is a bright reddish-red. The smell is unbearable. There are much better options available now in the same price range. I switched to a different paint and am very satisfied. I do not recommend it.

First time using this paint. I chose the Cinnamon 9.5 shade. After using the Excellence 8.12 Mystic Blonde, it seemed a bit dark for me, but when it washes out, the color turns out to be very beautiful. I always darken my hair a little for winter. It applies excellently, doesn't drip, and my hair is in good condition after coloring.

I am simply delighted with this hair dye! I bought it on the advice of my colorist and I am very satisfied. The pros are: the color is natural (we have already tried several different ones), it does not cause allergies, it does not damage the hair, it does not dry out the scalp, and most importantly for me, it's the only dye that doesn't leave a smell on the hair for several days after coloring!!! It is long-lasting and gives the hair a very well-groomed appearance. Also, when the color fades, there is no eternal horrible yellow or reddish tint on the hair (which, by the way, happened to me very often after salon coloring). I recommend it!
I have been using this hair dye and brand for about five years and have been satisfied with it overall. The dye did not damage my hair. However, recently something has changed. I usually choose red shades, but this time the color washed out within a week. I chose a cherry shade, but it turned almost black at first and then became a dirty reddish-brown after three days. The consistency of the dye was also different this time, more runny than usual. It did not cover my gray hairs at all. I have had the same issue with their shampoos. It's a pity, but it seems like the company has gone downhill. I will switch to something else.
Just painted my hair....no hint, no shade(((wasted my hair and money((( had such high expectations for the violet cinnamon color, was even afraid to dye my hair with it so as not to ruin my blonde. Durable paint, unfortunately, I painted "light chestnut" with 5:0 and got a very dark chestnut, almost black... but it's long-lasting. Toning lighteners and coloring with 8:0 did not improve the situation. Pay attention to the paint number, the name is not informative.

Good long-lasting paint. It covers gray hair excellently. It generally lasts about the same as other brands, around a month. The only downside is the smell. It smells, just like Londa paint - not a very pleasant odor.

There are no complaints about the store's service, but the paint is a big disappointment. I bought two bottles of shade 00.1 and one of shade 00.8, along with two bottles of peroxide 6% and one of 9%. The result was the blackest color in the world, although I was hoping for at least an eggplant shade, ideally like in the photo. I have always avoided black hair, and I am terribly upset.

Took shade 12.8 - excellent ashy tone, did not expect to lighten so much. Usually, the stronger the lightening, the worse the condition of the hair.. but after using this dye, my hair is in good condition. A true professional at a mass-market price, unlike Estel, which positions itself as professional but is actually household chemistry.
