This cream is oil-based. It smells delicious, but not like super chocolate. It absorbs into the skin after about 5-10 minutes of application. It is cost-effective to use. I didn't give it a 5 rating because I didn't see any super effects from it. However, as a scented cream, it is not bad. And for its price, it is a good product. I recommend it to those who simply want to smell good.
