I have curly and very thick hair. The bristles of all combs go "over the top" and don't even touch the scalp. But this comb is really stiff and even with my thick hair, I have to use it very carefully to avoid damaging my scalp. As for the curly method, I didn't really see any super effects.
I don't understand why there are negative reviews, but this brush is quite good, especially for styling curly hair. If you practice the curly method, it will be useful for you, like a denman brush (I haven't actually tried the real one, but after buying this one, I will definitely try it in the future). If you have the skills, you can achieve a fantastic hairstyle with it.
I received this brush as a birthday gift from Make Up, and I want to thank you very much for that. I really liked it and will happily use it. However, it's not lightweight if you carry it in your bag every day.
