Apply a UV hybrid base to your nails, followed by two coats of hybrid polish, curing each layer under a UV/UV LED lamp. Cut out the exact design you want. Soak the sticker in water for 5-10 seconds. Remove the sticker and blot away excess water with a cotton pad. Slide the design off the backing paper and place it onto the second layer of cured hybrid polish. Press and smooth the design, removing any trapped air or water. Seal the design with a top coat and cure it under a UV/UV LED lamp.
