I decided to try this shampoo without expecting anything special. I have dark, thick, dyed hair that tends to be dry at the ends and oily at the roots. This shampoo cleanses well and eliminates dandruff. Generally, I can wash my hair every three days, but if I want it to feel extremely fresh, it's better to wash it every two days.
