The sulfide mud, rich in magnesium, strontium, calcium, potassium, as well as iodine, sodium, boron, and iron, is formed from the silt washed down from the surrounding mountains into the Dead Sea. This natural product primarily has a beneficial effect on the skin. Absolutely nothing. After using it, my whole body itched, there were none of the claimed effects. Absolutely not worth the money.
It performs all the promised functions. The body really "liked" it. I don't recommend applying it to the face.

I liked it, it's a workhorse. I bought it to try, later ordered 3 more pieces, now I'm making another order, I don't even know how many I will buy). I used it together with a laminaria mask, thanks to this mud, the laminaria sticks well to the skin. Oh, I almost forgot, in the beginning I used the mud alone, and I had small pimples, but it didn't stop me) later they disappeared. I think the mud just pulled out some nasty stuff from the skin) I could be wrong, of course, but it seems that's what happened).
The mud is excellent, I will order more.
We used it as a remedy for bleeding gums - and it really works much better than pharmacy remedies, which generally do not help at all.
I decided to take a risk and use it on my face. I have oily skin with post-acne, so I applied it for only 5 minutes. It stung a bit, but I decided not to leave it on for longer just in case. In the evening, I washed my face with a foam cleanser and when I touched my cheeks, the area near my cheekbones, and my nose, it felt like a crust of dried orange peel. I treated my skin for 2 weeks. However, I didn't stop there and applied it on my thighs and legs after using the shower gel. I thought, why not, since there were so many positive reviews. Overall, my skin reacted fine. It was smooth and not overly dry. The question of why it was so bad on my face remains unanswered. It was an interesting experience, but I won't be repurchasing it. I use it after the sauna. When my whole body is steamed, I apply it to my skin and wait for 15-20 minutes. The skin is smooth and perfect after such procedures. However, I didn't like it on my face.
I have been using this mud for wrapping for the course (10 procedures) not for the first time. One package is enough for 2 applications if I apply it on my thighs, buttocks, and stomach. After rinsing it off, I apply the modeling anti-cellulite cream from the same series. The result is significantly tightened skin and a reduction in cellulite.
Well, I have never used real mud from sources before, but in my opinion, this product is worth attention! I only needed one use for my entire body, as during weather changes, I often get breakouts on my décolleté and back. I liked everything about it, there was no strong smell, and the texture was pleasant. I simply applied it after showering and sat for about 15 minutes, then applied coconut oil.
Disappointed! This is definitely not Dead Sea mud! Many years ago, I used this brand's mud with pleasure. Then there was a long break, and I started using mud from our region. And now I decided to order Dead Sea mud, but instead of the expected greenish liquid, I received in the package. The effect is the same... This liquid has nothing in common with the sulfide mud! Especially not Dead Sea mud! In short, even though it's not a lot of money, it's wasted.

I used to use special toothpaste, Metrogyl gel, folk remedies - nothing helped. Now I always have mud with me, I order this one specifically because it is cheap and effective. Now I have healthy, pink gums, they haven't bled once in 2 years, even though they used to bleed every day. I brush my teeth in the morning and evening, sometimes I leave it in my oral cavity for 10-20 minutes, and then I brush my teeth with Lakalut toothpaste. My dentist was shocked! My dental calculus disappeared, the inflammation subsided, and my teeth became whiter and healthier.

Usually it burns, but this one was completely inactive. As a result, all the packs were promptly thrown into the trash bin. Horrible horror. Well, maybe I'm too old for such aggressive products. Firstly, it burns like hell. Secondly, it dries on the skin at the speed of sound and starts to flake off with black dust onto all surfaces. Thirdly, I didn't see any effect. It doesn't dry out inflammation, doesn't cleanse, and doesn't tighten pores. Maybe it's suitable for problematic teenage skin, but I definitely won't buy it again.
The clay is good. I apply it on my face, true, over olive oil. It really dries out the skin a lot. It is necessary to definitely use a moisturizing cream. I have used it 3 times. I bought it to lighten acne scars. I don't see much effect yet. Maybe I haven't used it enough. But you can alternate it with white clay to diversify.
Convenient consistency - unlike other packages where the powder is dry and needs to be diluted with water... It tightens, cleanses, and shrinks pores! A miracle-dirt :)
