Remove the pad wrapper, unfold the wings and peel off the plastic strips that cover the back and the wings. Then stick the adhesive part to panties.
Nice on the body, don't cause sweating, but absorb much less than the night pads of this brand with a mesh. They are great for daytime, but not enough for the night.
Pads for the first nights/days, soft and very absorbent. I recommend them! Instead of underwear of this brand.
