The shampoo didn't work for me. It cleanses my hair to the point of squeakiness, which some people might like, but I don't. Afterwards, my hair gets tangled easily and feels very delicate to the touch. Additionally, the scent is quite unique.
The shampoo was like any other shampoo to me, nothing special. The scent took some getting used to. But!!! The pleasant surprise was that my hair stopped falling out, which was a real find for me! I used different sulfate-free shampoos before, and hair loss was always a problem. I thought it might be some internal issues, but the shampoo easily solved it. I will try other products from this brand.
The shampoo is excellent! I bought it along with the conditioner. Now my thin and damaged hair, which has been frequently dyed, looks much livelier. Thanks to the store!
I bought this shampoo based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't like it. The herbal scent is not appealing to me. At first, my hair seemed to look good, but the next day it appears dirty. I used to wash my hair every three days, but with this shampoo, I have to wash it every day or every other day. My scalp started itching, and the itching got worse with every wash. I suspect I might be allergic to some of the components. In short, I am disappointed with this shampoo.

I understand why this shampoo is at the top of the ratings, despite being recently released. It has a truly natural composition, without sulfates and parabens, yet it still cleanses effectively, leaving the hair cleaner for longer (reducing the need for frequent washing). I used it in combination with the same argan balm, and within 2 months, my hair loss and brittleness improved, dandruff disappeared, and my hair became smooth, silky, and soft, with a mirror-like shine.
This shampoo is excellent, with a very good composition. The fragrance is pleasant.
The shampoo and conditioner from this series turned out to be disappointing for me. After using them, my hair became as stiff as steel wire. The comb got stuck in my hair without any effort. I feel like if I had washed my hair with Soviet laundry soap, the result would have been better. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me, so they just gather dust on the shelf.

With this shampoo, I only need to wash my hair every four days. My hair becomes soft and silky after using it, and after a month and a half, I noticed a significant decrease in hair loss. This product is amazing! The shampoo not only worked for me but also for my daughter and husband. It has a natural composition, without sulfates, and has a pleasant scent. After washing, our hair becomes soft, manageable, easy to comb, and doesn't get frizzy. It also feels smooth and silky. We ordered the shampoo with the conditioner and oil. As a result of using the complete set, my hair loss has stopped (even though I didn't expect it!) and my daughter got rid of persistent dandruff and itching with flaking (she has sensitive skin prone to allergies).
