1. Heat the paraffin in a warmer. 2. Slowly dip your hand (or foot) into the container of melted paraffin up to the wrist (or ankle). 3. Gently remove your hand (or foot) and let the paraffin harden on the skin for about 10 seconds. 4. Repeat the dipping process 3-5 times. 5. Put plastic bags and mittens (or socks) on your hands (or feet) and leave them on for 15-20 minutes. 6. Remove the mittens (or socks) and plastic bags along with the paraffin, starting from the wrist (or ankle) and moving towards the fingers (or toes). 7. After the procedure, it is recommended to apply moisturizing cream to your hands and give them a massage.
