This is just nonsense, not an air freshener. The scent was noticeable for about 20 minutes...
I liked the scent, so I stuck it in the toilet using double-sided tape on a hidden spot on the wall. It fills the whole bathroom with fragrance, and over time it will dissipate, but overall I recommend it.
The scent is not great, and you can barely even smell it in the bathroom. I do not recommend it.
