The scent of rose oil is exactly as it should be - light and subtle. It effectively reduces redness and irritation, without being overwhelming or overpowering.
I didn't really like it. I didn't get the refreshing effect and the scent is somewhat stale. So no, I don't recommend it. At the very least, it's an acquired taste...
The hydrolat itself is normal, but the scent is simply awful. The fragrance is sharp, with a rose smell, but it is very strong and doesn't fade away from the skin at all. Throughout the whole day, this disgusting scent is noticeable on the skin (and it gets even worse as it fades away). I do not recommend it for those who are sensitive to scents.
The hydro-lotion itself has a pleasant rose scent, but the sprayer... it's like a hose watering plants. Luckily, I still had a bottle from another brand, so I transferred it there.
