Bleaching Powder "FORCE 9" ING Professional Bleaching Powder With Keratin

In a non-metallic container, mix the FORCE 9 Bleaching Powder with the ING Professional Oxidizing Emulsion. Refer to the mixing ratio table in the FORCE 9 Bleaching Powder instructions for the appropriate proportions, depending on the hair type you wish to bleach. It is recommended to use a corrector with the FORCE 9 Bleaching Powder to neutralize the lightening tone during the process. Do not apply to the scalp. Using foil can speed up the hair bleaching process, but combining it with a heat source is not recommended. To bleach colored hair by 9 tones, the procedure may need to be repeated 2-3 times, depending on the hair's condition and structure. After each application, remove excess mixture without rinsing. Rinse only after achieving the desired hair lightening tone. Do not use the product on highlighted, previously bleached, chemically curled, chemically straightened, or formaldehyde-straightened hair.
