This gel is really nice and it truly provides a warming sensation. I have been using it repeatedly, and it is definitely worth considering. In order to ensure a good night's sleep, I apply it on the back of my neck and shoulders before bedtime.

It provides intense warmth, so it is important not to overdo it. It heats up excellently, but despite this, I personally did not feel any clear effect after physical exertion or muscle pain. However, it does provide a good warming and expectorant effect when dealing with a cold.
