The mask does nothing, the heat protectant only has a nice smell, and the conditioner is also just for appearance. I do not recommend them.

I have natural, straight, well-groomed hair. I applied the product to damp strands, left it on for 20 minutes, rinsed it off, and the result was fluffy but not very soft hair that gets frizzy and oily quickly. HOWEVER, I found a great way to use it - applying it to slightly damp hands and leaving it on the length of my hair for 20 minutes BEFORE washing my hair, and then the results were truly impressive! Here's the process: apply the mask to slightly damp length for 20 minutes -> shampoo 1 -> shampoo 2 -> conditioner.
I decided to try the entire range of shampoo, hair mask, and conditioner for normal hair. The shampoo lathers well, even though it doesn't have to. The scent is pleasant, and my hair feels soft and well-groomed. I highly recommend it!

I have been purchasing this mask for the fourth time now. I have long hair, and it really does a great job of softening and smoothing them.

I did not understand the mask, although I am thrilled with the brand's other products. Let's consider my hair type: thin, porous, and natural. After using the mask, I didn't see any effect other than it becoming crumbly. I can achieve the same result with any conditioner. It doesn't provide any hydration, smoothness, or elasticity on its own or when used with other products. However, it doesn't dry out my hair, and it hasn't worsened its growth or caused any hair loss. There is no noticeable cumulative effect.
