Step 1: Depending on the hair's hardness (severely damaged, natural, or glassy) and porosity, wash the hair 2-3 times with a special preparatory shampoo. Let the shampoo sit for 2 to 4 minutes during the last application. Step 2: In a bowl, mix 1 part elixir with 3 parts water until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Apply the mixture evenly to damp hair, gently massaging it into the scalp if necessary. Then, wrap the hair with a plastic cap or scarf and cover it with a terrycloth towel. You may use additional heat at a comfortable temperature (no more than 50 degrees Celsius) for 10 to 15 minutes. After this time, rinse the elixir out with warm water. In some cases of intensive restoration, it is acceptable to rinse out 50-80% of the elixir. Step 3: Drying. To enhance and prolong the therapeutic effect, dry the hair with warm, not hot, air. For curly hair, using a diffuser is recommended to avoid damaging or straightening the strands. *For a cosmetic effect—achieving beautiful, visibly healthy, and shiny hair (such as for a festive hairstyle)—you can blow-dry using a round brush and use curling or flat irons. Note that this may reduce the therapeutic effect of the procedure.
