Apply a base coat to the prepared nail surface and cure it under a lamp.

Apply the colored polish in the necessary number of layers (preferably in light shades) and cure under the lamp.
Apply a thin layer of top coat with a sticky layer over the color, cure it, but do not remove the sticky layer. Cut out the desired design from the set. Try to leave as much transparent film around the perimeter as possible (do not cut right up to the design) to increase the adhesion area with the nail surface. Soak it in warm water for 5-10 seconds until the film becomes movable. Dab off excess moisture with a tissue to ensure the film is dry. Carefully slide the design off the paper backing. Place the design onto the sticky layer of the top coat in the desired position. Smooth out any wrinkles and gently press it down with a tissue.

If there are any excess film edges, they can be trimmed with scissors, and any excess at the free edge can be removed with a file. Use a thin brush to apply top coat around the design, creating borders. Cure it. If using a 3D stone (with a foiled oval), use top coat, base coat, or structural gel (whichever is thicker) to create a voluminous drop on the foiled part, curing slightly longer than usual.

Finish with a thin layer of top coat over the entire nail and cure again. If the top coat has a sticky layer, remove it with a cleanser.
