Use as a shampoo after applying the therapeutic CLEAN shampoo or as a regular shampoo suitable for all hair types and daily use. Lather the shampoo in your hands and apply to the wet hair at the roots, massaging the scalp gently. Spread it along the length of your hair and leave it on for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If necessary, repeat the process. For enhanced effects, repeat the procedure and leave the lather on your hair for 2 minutes to allow the natural active ingredients to work. Rinse out completely. Follow up with a rinse-out or leave-in conditioner.

This is an excellent shampoo. Unlike others that caused scalp irritation and rash, this one moisturized very well.
I really liked this shampoo. It lathers well and effectively cleanses my hair. I don't use it every day, but rather three times a week, approximately every other day, and my hair still looks clean. I use it in combination with the conditioner from the same series, as recommended by my stylist. I apply the conditioner to my scalp and hair, and I truly feel a soothing effect. The scent of nettle is subtle and pleasant. Overall, I can't think of anything that I wouldn't like about this product.
Terrible! And there's no need to elaborate further)... I purchased it for the first time, without relying on the usual reviews I usually refer to. It rinses poorly. I understand that it is meant for daily use and shouldn't strip the scalp completely, but still, despite its poor rinsing, it manages to dry out the skin. I washed my hair in the morning, and by evening it was greasy as if I hadn't washed it at all. The scent is neutral, but it is quite wasteful. That's all!)
